5 Powerful Ways to Reprogram Your Mind and Manifest Your Desires
Your level of success (AKA your ability to reach your unique desire(s)) is determined by how consistently and fully you believe you can have what you desire. You must have a willingness and ability to start over again every time you doubt, or think a thought that says you can’t, believing that it’s possible, you can, you will, and you are.
You’re capped (only) by what you believe you’re capable and worthy of. So how do you change THAT?
ANSWER: Put practices in place that help you permanently change what you believe is true and possible for you. Program your mind.
Here are 5 ways to do that:
1 - Put the vision first
Saturate your mind with your vision before you take on the world. Here’s how I do this: I don’t look at my phone, email, social, or any other outside vibes in the mornings until I’ve reviewed my vision. I have a printed piece of paper in my journal by my bed with a short bullet list of the vision I’m creating. My vision for my life is the first and last thing I see every day. I spend about half an hour doing my AM routine and about 10 mins doing my PM routine.
2 - Gratitude
The energy of gratitude sets your vibe to attract more things like those things you’re already grateful for. Here’s how I do this: I list 10 things I’m grateful for every morning when I first wake up. Bonus: If you can learn to be grateful for what you know is COMING to you, you’re setting your vibe to attract those things. This takes around 60 seconds.
3 - Affirmation alarm
Affirmations are so easy to use! Some people make it seem really hokey and confusing. An affirmation is simply a statement that makes you feel good to say/think, and you desire (and hopefully believe) to be true. Here’s how I do this: An alarm goes off on my phone (once/day) and I stop what I’m doing to read a short list of affirmations geared toward my top desire(s) of the moment. I keep them in an iPhone note. This takes around 90 seconds.
4 - Vision cards
Go deeper and really visualize your ideal vision at least once/day. See it happening in your mind. Here’s how I do this: Every afternoon I review vision cards. They’re small little “flash cards” with a couple notes written down describing my vision for each area of life. I flip through and visualize each card as my reality. This takes around 5+/- minutes.
5 – Power shower
The shower is a place where our minds tend to wander. Make sure it wanders into your vision of ideal, and not into your worries, fears, doubts, problems, troubles, stresses…you get the idea. Make positive use of the time. Here’s how I do this: When I’m in the shower I visualize my top desire(s) becoming reality. I make up any story I want, and see a new, fun, exciting way my desire could become reality. This takes zero time, because I was going to shower anyway.
