If “Enough” Is All That’s allowed...who Decides What’s “Enough?" Breaking Free from Limiting Beliefs About Money

You're ambitious, the kind of woman who gets things done, and so, you take on a lot. You're the kind of woman who shows up big, and takes amazing care of her people. Which is part of why it's so hard for you to give yourself permission to prioritize doing things YOU want to do; To make space to go for YOUR dreams.

And even though you see how reaching your big income + lifestyle goals benefits more than just you, it feels...

...selfish...

...too time consuming...

...and like it can wait until later.  

And honestly, you know you don't really need it. You could just be grateful for what you have. Yeah, you should do that. You know you have enough, so you feel kind of guilty wanting more. 

We got stories for days we use to keep ourselves stuck playing small, don't we?

Here's some truth for you. Take it or leave it, but know it's an option: 

• You're allowed to desire to make more money, even if you already make "enough."
• "Enough" is an idea we made up about what we'll allow ourselves to have. It doesn't actually mean anything. How do you measure "enough?" Enough for what kind of house? What kind of car? What kind of food? What kind of clothes, recreation, or hobbies? Enough for who? Enough is made up. "A lot" of money, more than “enough” money, more money than you know what to do with -- those are options, too. There's no right answer, it's all made up, so you might as well aim a bit higher if that's what you desire, no? 
• It's not "ungrateful" to desire a life and lifestyle with a whole lot more (money). You can be/do BOTH at the same time.
• You have permission to allocate time to earning money the moment you decide to give it. 
• You making more money serves a lot more than just you. You can use money to bless the people you love, support the causes that are on your heart, and advance the missions of great businesses and initiatives that serve our communities and our world.
• And yes, you can also use money to take care of YOU. Money brings opportunities and experiences that enrich your life, and you’re allowed to desire and pursue those, too. 

As long as you continue telling yourself stories about how wanting to make more money is bad, wrong, immoral, evil, ungrateful, or any of the other nonsense misunderstandings we accidentally buy into, you won’t have more money. Yes, you've heard that before, because it does work that way.

And that means you’re going to have to release those misunderstandings if you want to design and create your best, most fulling, purposeful, and aligned life. 

It means you’re going to have desire your freedom more than you fear: being judged, failing, being different, disappointing people, and a bunch of other limiting ideas, as you travel down your path to the life + lifestyle you desire.  

You choose.
